摘要: IntroductIon The results of recent studies suggest that there is a link between the presence antibodies against C1q (anti-C1q Abs) and kidney involvement in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). However, it remains unclear whether clinical symptoms nephritis (LN) may be associated with anti-C1q Abs serum. objEctIvEs aim study was to compare prevalence levels double-stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA Abs), circulating immune complexes binding (CIC-C1q), as well complement components C3 C4 sera patients LN relation activity SLE LN. PAtIEnts And mEthods involved 48 66 healthy controls. Anti-dsDNA Abs, CIC-C1q were determined by immunoenzymatic methods, while immunoturbidimetry. assessed using Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI). rEsuL ts detected 77%, 60%, 43.7% LN, respectively. mean anti-dsDNA significantly higher active than those inactive or lower In positive correlation observed. microhematuria (59% vs. 16%, P = 0.003), urinary casts (28% 8%, 0.02), low serum (P 0.03) 0.01) observed statistically more often. concL usIons Simultaneous hematuria indicate an ongoing inflammatory process glomeruli SLE.
