Energy, exergy and emergy analysis of using straw as fuel in district heating plants

摘要: Abstract Straw is a renewable biomass with considerable potential as fuel in most countries cereal production. The harvesting, handling and conversion systems, however, require inputs of fossil fuels other natural resources. In this study, straw evaluated district heating plants respect to energy requirements, exergy consumption from an emergy point view. Assuming be by-product cultivation cereals, the calculations show that balance favourable (12:1) when direct indirect requirements are taken into account (nitrogen replacement not considered). analysis, shows step ineffective sense quality lost. which method tries integrate human economy ecological system, indicates large amounts have been used past form (the net yield ratio 1.1).
