摘要: A case report is presented of a 55-year-old patient diagnosed with demyelinating disease unclear etiology. The had Lyme borreliosis in 2004. Specific IgG antibodies against B. burgdorferi s. l. were detected the serum. Intrathecal not found cerebrospinal fluid, but presence garinii DNA was confirmed by PCR analysis. It can be hypothesized that borrelial persistence body may have been one triggers autoimmune process resulting demyelination central nervous system (CNS).
