摘要: Abstract This study examined research training characteristics among pediatric emergency medicine (PEM) fellows. A 45-question survey was mailed to all registrants of the 1998 National PEM Fellows' Conference. Descriptions curricular design and administrative support components, perceived barriers, subjective stress related were obtained. Surveys returned by 67 79 fellows (85%). total 92.5% reported didactic instruction relating with relatively higher amounts in biostatistics, lower electronic review literature, applying institutional board, ethics, for grants. The most commonly cited barriers more active participation inadequate experience, time, lack help. Stress relationship high (5.1 on a 1-7 Likert scale). report increasing levels exposure conducting research, however, still experiencing significant number barriers. (Am J Emerg Med 2002;20:222-227.
