摘要: Quality of life (QOL) is a key indicator in mental health planning, program evaluation, and evaluation patient outcomes. Yet few studies have focused on QOL homeless populations. More specifically, research has yet to identify profiles individuals based their using cluster analysis. This study developed typology for sample 455 recruited from 27 community public organizations Quebec (Canada). The was scores, as well sociodemographic, clinical, service use variables. Study participants had be at least 18 years old, with current or previous experience homelessness. A questionnaire including socio-demographics, residential history, utilization, health-related variables administered. Four clusters were identified two-step highest the consisting older women low functional disability, relatively episodes second high scores included living temporary housing substance disorders (SUDs). third middle-aged housing, criminal records, personality disorders, SUDs. also lower fourth composed multiple complex problems overall use. Findings reinforced importance disseminating specific programs adapted diverse individuals, view toward increasing QOL.
