摘要: Abstract The American Medical Systems (AMS) 800 artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) has developed into a sophisticated system for the treatment of patients with incontinence secondary to intrinsic deficiency. In this review article, we describe development and mechanics device before considering indications its use. We present comprehensive recent literature concerning long term outcomes complications AUS implantation in various populations also some newer techniques used surgery.
