摘要: Abstract Depending on the application and demands, different products can be generated utilizing multigeneration systems. To drive such systems, solar energy used as a primary source or in hybridization with other renewable nonrenewable sources. Solar driven systems are appealing due to broad availability of related technologies. The objective this study is review, categorize discuss configurations, benefits, potentials, challenges, future research directions market perspectives energy-driven comprehensively. This also reviews how hybridize for purposes. Regardless using fossil fuel backup sources, these classified (1) only-driven (2) hybrid solar-driven, which together Reviewing literature demonstrates numerous ways build by coupling variety cycles devices. Such offer multiple benefits enhancing efficiency, reducing capital operating costs carbon dioxide emission. Hybridizing energies enables continuous operation dispatchability management. review shows that configuration selection design, thermodynamics, economic environmental aspects should considered. advance development, further multidisciplinary necessary. Particularly, investigations focus building prototypes conducting experimental assessments. Also, new incentives long-term purchase agreements must established.
