摘要: Polarized membrane addition is crucial for axon development and elongation during neuronal morphogenesis. This process believed to be regulated by directed trafficking of Rab10-containing post-Golgi carriers. However, the mechanisms underlying biogenesis these carriers remain unclear. Here, we report that Rab10 interaction with myosin Vb (MYO5B) determines formation important development. interacts exon D-encoded domain MYO5B. Downregulating expression MYO5B (+D) or blocking its impairs fission vesicles from trans-Golgi membranes, causes a decrease in number transport inhibits cultured hippocampal neurons. Furthermore, MYO5B-Rab10 system required vertebrate neocortical neurons zebrafish retinal ganglion cells vivo. Thus, specific between controls vesicles, which
