摘要: Intestinal absorption of solute and water in the human small intestine was studied normal subjects patients with nontropical sprue by transintestinal intubation perfusion technique. Solutions perfused included distilled Ringers solution 1% glucose-Ringers solution. In sodium chloride potassium occurred proximally secretion distally when perfused. When glucose substituted for rates were greatly augmented especially proximal gut where is greatest. all tended to be transported equimolar proportions only distal region whereas these elements across regions intestine. This first documentation such a linkage transport under physiological conditions humans.
