摘要: Following 4 and 8 h after self-incompatible pollination of Petunia hybrida plants, ethylene evolution the contents IAA, ABA, cytokinins were measured in pistils their parts (stigma, style, ovary). The germination initial growth pollen tubes within experiment accompanied with an almost tenfold increase rate production by stigma a twofold ABA content style. inhibition tube style tissues during next coincided fivefold cytokinin while high was maintained authors conclude that phytohormones participate mechanism gametophyte self-incompatibility.
