摘要: To achieve adhesion between two arbitrary substrates, a sub-minute curable dry nanoadhesive was devised in one-step manner. The adhesive is composed of copolymer film containing poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (pGMA) and poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl (pDMAEMA) segments, where the tertiary amine moiety pDMAEMA acts as an initiator that triggers ring-opening reaction epoxy ring pGMA, leading to self-cross-linking epoxide groups pGMA. Optimization curing condition resulted dramatic enhancement strength values exceeding 250 N/cm2 shear 32.5 N/25 mm peel strength. Also, strong bonds are observed various types substrate materials including glass, latex rubber, Si wafer, many polymeric films each other.
