摘要: The nitrate-dependent denitrifying anaerobic methane oxidation (DAMO) process, which is metabolized together by methanotrophic archaea and NC10 phylum bacteria, expected to be important for the global carbon nitrogen cycles. However, there are little studies about existence of this process functional microbes in environments. Therefore, coexistence DAMO bacteria a paddy field was evaluated study. Next-generation sequencing showed that two orders, Methanosarcinales Nitrospirales, belong, were detected four soil samples. Then vitro experiments demonstrated both nitrite- activities, confirmed bacteria. It first report field. Furthermore, anammox did not show activity initial period but low after 20 days’ enrichment. These results implicated may coexist with microorganisms field, at very percentage.
