Cathodoluminescence of Sr2B5O9Cl thin films doped with Tm3+, Tb3+ and Mn2+

摘要: Thin-film phosphors of Sr2B5O9Cl doped separately with Tm3+, Tb3+ and Mn2+ were deposited by spray pyrolysis aqueous solutions. Because these phosphor films activated at 600 °C, they are suitable for use on glass substrates. The containing exhibited blue, green yellow cathodoluminescence (CL), respectively. chromaticity coordinates, dominant wavelength purity determined each phosphor. Films aluminosilicate ceramic plates enhanced CL intensity compared to those plates. luminance efficiency depended the electron beam voltage current density. Saturation effects observed as density increased.
