摘要: Abstract Novel Cu(II) [tetrakis-(3,3-dimethyl-l-butoxycarbonyl)]phthalocyanine (CuPcBC) thin films have been prepared by the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique from ethyl acetate and toluene solutions. Polarized light UV-Vis measurements show in-plane anisotropy of orientation molecules in LB films. Dynamic response characteristics electrical conductance to different NO 2 concentrations dry air are presented. The sensitivity as a function temperature has analysed; particular, CuPcBC film shown good gas at an operating about 170 °C.
