摘要: To determine whether extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Enterobacteriaceae (ESBL-E) are present in retail raw vegetables Amsterdam, the Netherlands, we collected 119 samples of 15 different types from various sources. After culture, strain identification and susceptibility testing, ESBL-encoding genes were characterised by a microarray. Four vegetable contaminated with ESBL-E. Seven (6 %) yielded Three bla CTX-M-15, one CTX-M-1, two CTX-M-9 group SHV gene found. The ESBL similar to what is found enterobacterial strains human origin. Therefore, might be source resistance for humans.
