摘要: PURPOSE To compare the intraocular pressure (IOP) readings taken by ICare, Pascal dynamic contour tonometer (DCT), and ocular response analyzer (ORA) with those Goldmann applanation (GAT). We sought to evaluate influence of central corneal thickness (CCT) on IOP measurements patients' preferences for four tonometers. METHODS In this prospective study, 93 eyes from patients were examined. Patients randomly divided into 4 groups vary order in which tonometers applied. CCT was measured an ultrasound pachymeter. RESULTS The average 558+/-47.4 microm. mean +/- standard deviation GAT, DCT, ORA (Goldmann-correlated IOP) (ORA(GC)) 15.1+/-4.8, 15.7+/-5.7, 18.2+/-5.1, 18.3+/-6.6 mmHg, respectively. There no significant difference between obtained GAT ICare (p=0.14). also levels DCT (p=0.26). correlation instruments. Bland-Altman graphs showed disagreement other preference among instruments (p=0.48). CONCLUSIONS consistent whereas correspond well ORA(GC) measurements. both overestimated readings.
