Influence of Oxygen on the Structure of Nd-rich Phase in the Sintered Nd15Fe77B8 Magnet

摘要: Abstract The structures and compositions of the Nd-rich phases in sintered Nd 15 Fe 77 B 8 magnets have been investigated. Two different fcc dhcp (double hexagonal close packed) were present. Microstructural examinations revealed that oxygen played an important role structure phase. Wavelength Dispersive Spectrometry (WDS) Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES) analyses showed phase contained a considerable amount (about 20 at%), but had much lower oxygen.
