摘要: The invention discloses a method for preparing chalcone by fluorous biphasic catalysis with fluoride-free solvent. comprises the following steps: dissolving DMAP (dimethylamino pyridine) and fluorine-containing alkyl iodide into dichloromethane, stirring at room temperature reaction to generate white solid, drying high in vacuum obtain DMAP; adding reactor containing normal octane, then acetophenone benzaldehyde perform condensation reaction, raising heating; cooling filtering mixed solution obtained from recycle catalyst; evaporating out solvent recycle; recrystallizing product pure chalcone. provided is simple process operation, uses environmental-friendly organic catalyst low toxicity avoid use of metal catalyst, capable separating, recovering recycling fluoro overcomes defects that conventional liquid/liquid technology large amounts perfluoro solvent, just needs solid/liquid (filtration) greatly saves synthesis cost, has great practical significance.
