摘要: Systemic sclerosis has the highest case-specific mortality of any auto-immune rheumatic diseases, as well causing major morbidity. It is a clinical challenge and one that previously provoked substantial nihilism due to limited therapeutic options available perceived lack evidence for effectiveness those treatments are currently in use. However, this situation changing; there emerging data supporting efficacy some treatment approaches patient group together with growing number exciting potential novel moving into arena. Some recent trials reviewed discussed detail.
