摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter provides guidelines for the identification and utilization of autoantibodies in study nuclear chromosomal architecture, composition, function. The functions nucleus chromosomes are defined through characterization their component proteins. Circulating serum antibodies to antigens is indeed a hallmark systemic rheumatic disease. antinuclear (ANAs) found series related diseases that include lupus erythematosus (SLE), discoid (DLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Sjogren's syndrome, sclerosis (SS), polymyositis dermatomyositis (PM/DM), mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), syndromes, undifferentiated diseases, as well inflammatory, neoplastic, or drug origin. describes types commonly detected, with which they associated, corresponding indirect immunofluorescent (IIF) pattern. Autoantibody probes allow family centromere-specific proteins, many now localized specific domains within centromere by light electron microscopy.
