摘要: Allopurinol was used in the treatment of 10 patients with kala-azar. Of six who had previously failed to respond satisfactorily Pentostam, "cures" were achieved four. However, it necessary add Pentostam allopurinol one, and another relapsed after apparent "cure" but again responded allopurinol. The response four no previous for kala-azar less satisfactory.
