摘要: The group index of the cornea, rather than phase refractive index, is required for thickness calculations with optical coherence tomography. Recent advances high-speed tomography at 1.3 µm make measurement this wavelength great interest. Group indices three human corneas from an eye bank were measured in vitro domain reflectometry. Measurements made a calibrated cuvette filled preservation medium to maintain proper corneal hydration. calculated path lengths measured. was 1.389±0.004 (average±standard deviation). average balanced salt solution, approximation aqueous humor, 1.343±0.001.
