摘要: Cry6A toxin from Bacillus thuringiensis is a representative nematicidal crystal protein with variety of properties to free-living nematode Caenorhabditis elegans. shares very low homology and different structure Cry5B, another protein, probably acts in distinct pathway. All these strongly indicate that likely potent candidate for nematicide. The present study dealt global investigation determine the detrimental impacts Cry6Aa2 on Meloidogyne hapla, root-knot nematode, evaluated its biocontrol efficacy pot experiment. Obtained results indicated exhibits obvious toxicity second-stage juvenile M. significantly inhibits egg hatch, motility, penetration host plant. Pot experiment suggested soil drenching spore-crystal mixture can clearly lighten disease including reduction galling index masses plant root, decreasing final population soil. Moreover, application obviously promote growth. These demonstrated promising agent, possesses great potential plant-parasitic management construction transgenic crop constant resistance nematode.
