摘要: Hepatitis C virus subtype 1b (HCV1b) is still the most prevalent worldwide, with massive expansion due to poor health care standards, such as blood transfusion and iatrogenic procedures. Despite safe effective new direct antiviral agents (DAA), treatment success can depend on resistance-associated substitutions (RASs) carried in target genomic regions. Herein we investigated transmission clusters RASs among isolates from HCV1b positive subjects Calabria Region. Forty-one NS5B twenty-two NS5A sequences were obtained by Sanger sequencing. Phylogenetic analysis was performed using maximum likelihood method resistance analyzed Geno2pheno tool. showed sixteen statistically supported clusters, twelve containing Italian mixed foreign four monophyletic including only Calabria. Interestingly, spread has been maintained sporadic infections geographically limited areas dental or surgical intervention metropolitan area. The L159F RAS found 15 particular 8/15 also C316N substitution. Y93H L31M detected three one isolates, respectively. A92T isolate. Overall, frequencies of 36.6% 22.7%, For eradication infection, improved screening policies should be considered prevalence natural viral strains.
