摘要: Firm turnover (entry, exit and survival) inside manufacturing markets the determinants of location new ventures in a specific territory are relapsing subjects area of, respectively, Industrial Organization Regional Urban Economics. However, from beginnings nineties these have recovered protagonism. The availability better datasets, advances Location Theories Dynamics use more sophisticated econometric tools (discrete choice, Poisson, panel data, etc.) help to explain increasing interest scholars subjects. This thesis project is set those perspectives aims, on one hand, review main theories that firm demography and, other motivation objectives for future research. latter approaches some critical questions this literature within framework developing economy (Argentina). Using such empirical application constitutes clear novelty an centered cases as Europe, North America or Japan, while very few contributions do exist regarding countries out areas concretely, countries.
