摘要: Thin films of copper selenide have been deposited by spraying a mixture aqueous solutions (0.50 M) chloride hydrate (CuCl2·2H2O) and selenourea [H2NC(Se)NH2] on preheated fluorine doped tin oxide coated glass substrates at various substrate temperatures. The cell configurations selenide/0.5 M K2SO4/C are used for studying the capacitance–voltage (C–V) characteristics in dark, current–voltage (I–V) dark under illumination, photovoltaic power output spectral response as films. Photoelectrochemical study records that thin p-type. room temperature show prominent, sharp peak 550 nm. measured values efficiency (η) fill factor (FF) found to be 0.99 % 0.51 respectively film 350 °C.
