摘要: Improved method for obtaining organosilanes comprising: a redistribution reaction between chlorinated organohydrogenosilane and an organo-substituted optionally silane, the distribution taking place in presence of sufficient amount catalyst consisting Lewis acid formula (3) M(X)d which: M represents metal selected among Ti, Fe, Cu, Ag, Zn, Cd, Hg, Al, Ga, In, B, Sn, Pb, Sb, Bi; X halogen atom; d valency M; separation by distillation produced redistribution; said being characterized that, after redistribution, inhibiting compound is used. This fluid polyorganosiloxanes (POS) having viscosity at 25° C. not exceeding 5000 mPa•s used such proportions that ratio r=number gram-atoms given catalyst/number oxygen inhibitor does exceed 0.9.
