摘要: The main objective of this study was to assess the nutritional value four protein sources (soyabean meal, fish silage, sardine and fishmeal) using commercial broiler local poultry strains. Four experimental diets were formulated; representing different proteins evaluated six replicates eight birds per cage at 21 day age. Cages located in an environmentally controlled room maintained under conditions suitable for age with a photo-period 23 h every 24 h. Diets water offered on ad libitum basis. On fourth after adaptation th e diets, feed troughs removed from 1 then reintroduced 2 Then killed allow sampling ileal digesta, Meckel's diverticulum ileal-caecal- colonic injunction. Broiler showed significantly (p<0.001) higher digestibility coefficients digestible content amino acids across all than birds. Out study, fishmeal had lowest coefficient two bird breeds (p<0.001). estimates silage highest strains lower soyabean meal is related presence of; antinutritional factor, trypsin inhibitor. Fish shows great potential be used as supplements feeding. results suggest that class chickens source influenced apparent contents nutrient assessed study.
