摘要: The cell wall materials (CWMs) from sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas cv. Kokei 14), cassava (Manihot esculenta), and potato (Solanum tuberosum Danshaku) commercial fiber as well their polysaccharide fractions were analyzed for sugar composition by the high-performance anion exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection (HPAEC-PAD) method. separation of arabinose rhamnose, xylose mannose, this method has been improved using a CarboPac PA 10 column. Pretreatment CWMs cellulose 12 M H2SO4 was required complete hydrolysis to occur. Commercial found be mainly composed glucose (88.4%), but small amounts other sugars also detected. Among root crops, CWM had highest amount pectin galacturonic acid. Fucose detected only in its hemicellulose fraction, while galactose present CWM. fractions, it ...
