Evaluation of the Psychometric Properties of the Icelandic Version of the Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation–Outcome Measure, its Transdiagnostic Utility and Cross-Cultural Validation

摘要: Background The development of transdiagnostic standardized measures psychological distress have contributed to the practice-based evidence networks. The translation and validation such cross culturally is important if research be generalized across health care systems in different countries. Method Translation Clinical Outcomes Routine Evaluation–Outcome Measure (CORE-OM) from English into Icelandic was undertaken according recommended protocols. resulting instrument evaluated for reliability validity three groups: patients undergoing treatment general practice (n = 289), psychiatric outpatients (n = 98) student controls (n = 207). Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview administered clinical participants. They also completed CORE-OM Beck depression anxiety inventories before after treatment. relationship between scores on those diagnostic assessed. Results Good levels validity, internal consistency were found its domains sensitivity change over shown.
