摘要: An actigraph is a small motion-sensing device used frequently in sleep research and clinical practice. A computer algorithm to identify periods of wake, providing objective information about timing duration. Actigraphy ideal for field-based evaluation, but not replacement polysomnography diagnosis most disorders. Further, the validity actigraphy among pediatric populations highly variable as it depends on multiple factors should be only after careful consideration both benefits limitations.
