Managing requirements elicitation knowledge using a Spatial Hypertext Wiki

摘要: Wikis have been widely used as knowledge management tools. However, most of them do not support the conversion process in an appropriate way. Specifically, they brainstorming and creativity techniques, which are needed to convert tacit into explicit. This chapter presents how a wiki tool called Spatial Hypertext Wiki (ShyWiki) can be for supporting collaborative requirements elicitation following creation spiral Nonaka. The conversions (socialization, externalization, combination, internalization) types each related different activities elicitation, performed through ShyWiki. ShyWiki allows stakeholders collaborate by creating, brainstorming, structuring reorganizing contained notes.
