摘要: The effect of thermo-mechanical treatment on the mechanical properties Cu bearing age hardenable steels was examined. Accelerated cooling and direct quenching after controlled rolling enhanced to produce microstructure dominant low carbon bainite which caused improvement strength toughness. Addition over 1% effective in both e-Cu precipitation strengthening microstructural control through its hardenability. Studies were focussed specific effects process. It revealed that partly attributed retardation recrystallization hot working due addition suppression during rapid cooling.
