摘要: Abstract In this paper, we report the obtention of barium aluminate (BaAl 2 O 4 ) powders doped with Eu 3+ ions by sol–gel method heat-treated at 900 and 1000 °C for 3 h. XRD patterns indicated that have orthorhombic structure a high crystallite dispersion. The size submicron scale. They are strong red emitting materials when irradiated ultraviolet light (250 nm). Measured emission excitation luminescence spectra demonstrated characteristic spectroscopic properties ions. Recorded decays were base calculation Judd–Ofelt intensity parameters. A detailed analysis calculated parameters in connection observed structural measurements has been done described.
