摘要: Des progres important ont ete realises en 15 ans dans la prise charge du cancer colorectal. Un depistage organise a mis place France et va etre encore ameliore 2015. La caracterisation des formes familiales est devenue plus facile grâce aux consultations d’oncogenetique. therapeutiques obtenus ce qui concerne chimiotherapie. En cas de forme localisee, les indications chimiotherapie sont mieux definies l’association fluoropyrimidine + oxaliplatine permet guerir majorite patients apres exerese chirurgicale meme d’envahissement ganglionnaire. tumeurs metastatiques survie augmente mesure que nouveaux medicaments etaient disponibles. D’autre part, limites chirurgie metastases recule permettant guerison au stade metastatique. A l’avenir, generalisation diagnostics moleculaires devrait permettre d’optimiser traitements. L’amelioration âges reste un defi relever.
