摘要: Microbial polyester inclusions have previously been demonstrated to be applicable as versatile beads outside the bacterial cell. Engineering of proteins selectively binding was conceived produce simultaneously displaying two protein-based functions suitable for applications in, example, fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS). The synthase and phasin protein were fused green fluorescent (GFP) murine myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG), respectively, or GFP MOG N- C-terminus, only phasin. In both cases, fusion found attached isolated while functionalities per bead. Functionalities at bead surface assessed by ELISA, FACS microscopy. respective double identified peptide fingerprinting using MALDI-TOF/MS.
