摘要: We present a method for the quantification of circulating DNA in serum by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) with laser-induced fluorescence detection (LIF). The was digested proteinase to release free DNA. SYBR Gold utilized as intercalating dye, fluorescein internal standard (ISTD). CZE-LIF applied separation and total Good linearity (R = 0.9992) low range concentrations (0.5-40 ng/mL) limit 0.5 ng/mL (S/N 3) were obtained. Our data demonstrated that system has good excellent sensitivity satisfactory reproducibility serum. This successfully used levels observed certain cancer patients significantly higher than healthy individuals. Compared current methods, our protocol does not need extraction from preliminary results have illustrated is simple, rapid, sensitive, it well suitable large-scale clinical diagnosis.
