摘要: We have developed 220 and 440-GHz cameras using microwave kinetic inductance detectors (MKIDs) for astronomical observations. The optical system of the MKID camera is based on double-slot antennas extended hemispherical silicon lens arrays. diameter three times target wavelength. 220-GHz 9 pixels 102 pixels, respectively. array has been directly machined a high-speed spindle an ultra-precision machine. shape fabrication error surface roughness top were typically less than 10 μm (peak-to-valley) about 0.7 (rms), beam patterns measured are in good agreement with calculations.
