摘要: Abstract CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) have drawn much attention for their high photoluminescence yield and great potential in optoelectronic applications. However, they suffer from poor stability under humid condition. This paper reports PQDs incorporated aluminum stearate (AlSt3) matrix via an improved co-precipitation approach, which AlSt3 not only acted as hydrophobic to protect surrounding environment, but also passivated the surface of coordination bond St-Cs St-Pb, well between Al3+ Br−. By this method, as-synthesized CsPbBr3-AlSt3 composites exhibited excellent ambient condition even directly water more than 60 days. With (green emission) used color-conversion layer, a white light-emitting diode (WLED) was fabricated with color rendering index (Ra) 90 low temperature (Tc) 4929 K. These results suggest that method pave effective way stabilize PQDs, is importance further application.
