摘要: Mixtures of pure estrogens and many their derivatives, such as the 3-methyl ethers, acetates, trifluoracetates TMS have been successfully analyzed by GLC using a variety stationary phases (1–5). However, analysis in urine non-pregnant women this technique presents particular difficulties due to fact that these compounds are excreted concentration which is very low relation amounts interfering substances. The need extensive purification urinary extracts before has emphasized Wotiz Chattoraj (6).
