摘要: Abstract Twenty-seven primary human canines and incisors showing no clinical signs of caries, root resorption or restorative treatment were extracted for orthodontic purposes from patients ranging in age 7 to 13 1 2 yr , processed histologic examination. Odontoblasts pseudostratified depths 1–7 cells a pulpward direction, with the thickest layers coronal pulp. The zone Weil cell-rich present third normal pulp, but absent teeth occlusal attrition. Vascular trunks oriented coronally exhibited increased branching as they approached subodontoblastic layer. Collagenous fibers appeared coarse, densely packed, apical whereas middle fibres fine, loosely packed randomly oriented. A cap-like dense collagenous reticular was noted pulp horns periphery Von Korff's well developed only poorly regions Focal mineralizations, closed apices, coronal-to-apical change staining characteristics predentine-odontoblastic border also noted. There structural difference between young permanent other than presence
