摘要: Abstract A novel multilayer mixed matrix membrane (MMM), consisting of poly(phenylene oxide) (PPO), large-pore mesoporous silica molecular sieve zeolite SBA-15, and a carbon (CMS)/Al 2 O 3 substrate, was successfully fabricated using the procedure outlined in this paper. The membranes were cast by spin coating exposed to different gases for purpose determining comparing permeability selectivity PPO/SBA-15 H , CO N CH 4 . PPO/SBA-15/CMS/Al MMMs with loading weights SBA-15 also studied. This new class showed higher levels gas compared membranes. permselectivity /N /CH combinations increased remarkably, values at 38.9 50.9, respectively, 10 wt% loading. Field emission scanning electron microscopy results that interface between polymer better than other levels. increments glass transition temperature confirm causes chains become rigid.
