摘要: The regulation of apoptosis (programmed cell death) has been the subject a vast body research because its implications in normal development, tissue homeostasis and wide range diseases. ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) plays prominent role control by targeting key death proteins, including caspases, central executioners apoptosis. Here we summarize major findings on function UPS both pro- anti-apoptotic regulation.
