摘要: Abstract Contemporary refinements to SWOT analysis in the management sciences have argued for a new technique that is both ‘focused’ on issues critical product development and customer-orientated. To this end, tool has been developed, ASEB grid analysis, demonstrated here its demi-grid form as applied New Lanark tourist attraction. an aid consumer-orientated marketing research, development, planning promotion it pays crucial attention what actually being gained or ‘consumed’ by tourists at attraction visit (in terms of visitor experiences, emotions, thoughts, expressive behaviours benefits from satisfying experiences). It also points visitors want expect their visit. The informed qualitative in-depth interviews conducted with visitors. In way, insight can be (as expressed respondents' own words) into fundamental experiential provided attractions.
