摘要: Many studies try to emphasize the importance of CSR for sustainability a firm; however, majority firms, still remains as periphery activity, rather than being embedded into business model or strategies and used competitive advantage. While few provide foundation case advantage, hidden force behind these cases – responsible leadership -- is rarely discussed.
