摘要: The degree of polymer-water mixing in high-pressure pipelines on offshore oilfields usually influences the polymer solution’s performance. To realize efficient mother liquor with dilution water pipeline, a high-efficiency mixer is designed and optimized. consists four parts: T-shaped pipe as main body, an inlet flow-splitting plate, stainless-steel flow-guiding tube, outlet plate. Mathematical models are built by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) effects compared Fluent. research results show that conventional mixers, has better performance increases rate to 80%. optimize rate, length tube increased perforated guide flow. result shows boring holes along straight lines around can achieve good optimization effect increase 95%. effectively improve dissolving efficiency solve problems pipeline.
