摘要: We previously reported that curcumin inhibited lung cancer A549 cells growth and promoted cell apoptosis in vitro. In this study, we further examined the apoptosis-related parameters, including lysosomal damage cathepsin activation, exposed to curcumin. found caused membrane permeabilization (LMP) cytosolic relocation of B (cath B) D D). However, only Z-FA-fmk (a cath inhibitor) but not pepstatin A curcumin-induced apoptosis, mitochondrial potential loss, cytochrome c release.
