摘要: We previously reported that curcumin inhibited lung cancer A549 cells growth and promoted cell apoptosis in vitro. In this study, we further examined the apoptosis-related parameters, including lysosomal damage cathepsin activation, exposed to curcumin. found caused membrane permeabilization (LMP) cytosolic relocation of B (cath B) D D). However, only Z-FA-fmk (a cath inhibitor) but not pepstatin A curcumin-induced apoptosis, mitochondrial potential loss, cytochrome c release. The antioxidant N-acetylcysteine glutathione attenuated LMP, suggesting destabilization was dependent on elevation reactive oxygen species which precedes dysfunction. These findings indicated a novel pathway for regulation ROS-lysosomal-mitochondrial provided key mechanism LMP may be exploited treatment.
