摘要: • We investigated the risk of suicide among 705 patients with primary unipolar depression, 302 secondary and 586 bipolar affective disorder (BAD). The rates study subjects were compared that general population Iowa, area from which selected. An increased was found in all psychiatric groups, except group female BAD, associated a lower than disorders. Thirty suicides (73.2%) occurred during first two years followup; this trend particularly pronounced depression male BAD.
