摘要: Systems and methods for storing data in a customer center environment are provided. In this regard, representative method comprises: generating from workforce applications, at least one of the applications including forecasting, scheduling, recording, monitoring functionalities; storage area network (SAN), SAN being operable to connect computer devices. The can further include keeping recorded contacts long term device such as or an operational store (ODS) transparently searching both ODS simultaneously. With concept moving on file system which is cheaper compared database technology ODS, facilitates predictable performance easier manageability with constant cost SAN.
