摘要: BACKGROUND Identification of biomarkers pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) is important for stratification the prognosis. Ki-67 index was significant prognostic factor PNETs. Recently, MMP-9, DJ-1, and α-1-B glycoprotein (A1BG) were shown to be markers in some malignant except The aim this study compare these tumor predicting disease-free survival surgically resected METHODS A retrospective review patients pathologically diagnosed with PNETs at our institution from January 2012 2014 conducted. Tumor specimens stained by immunochemistry A1BG, Ki-67. Clinicopathologic findings 4 analyzed. Prognostic factors determined univariate multivariate analyses. RESULTS total 40 selected. Of tumors, 19 (47.5%) positive 21 (52.5%) 18 (45%) 24 (60%) > 2%. Four (10%) expressed none markers. MMP-9 DJ-1 expression more frequently observed distant metastasis, higher WHO grade, lymph node metastasis. Similarly, those 2% had larger tumor, invasion surgical procedures. A1BG no substantial effect on Univariate analyses revealed that grade 2/3 histology, nodes high predictive inferior (all p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS studied, only independent factor. Expression correlated invasion, disease progression, poor prognosis PNETs, while value It anticipated can serve as useful clinical predictors, especially setting disease.
